Weddings | Senior Portraits | Events | Children | Family Portraits If I recently took your photograph at a public event and handed you my card to view your images online, just be patient if they are not up yet. It may take anywhere from a day to a week to edit and upload all the images since I am shooting wherever I go! If you are hosting a public event and think I might be interested in covering it, just drop me an email. Events: I offer event coverage with online print ordering, freely downloadable images and onsite printing, all depending on the pricing option you select. My event services have been used for seasonal holiday photos (I have a Santa with a real beard for Santa photos), pumpkin patch, halloween, dance class and team photos, birthday parties, anniversaries, reunions, receptions, formal dances, school and church functions. Whatever your event, I'll design my services to be a perfect match for your expectations and budget. You can also book my photo booth services as value added to your wedding reception. In the examples below, I would charge each person a $10 sitting fee, capture five poses and then place all five images in an online gallery with online prints priced at $1.50 for a 4x6, $3 for a 5x7 and $5 for an 8x10. There is no charge to the host for this. If I had provided onsite prints, then each photo would have been mounted in a card and sold for $5 per 4x6 print. Digital downloads may always be purchased. The host can also pay a flat fee and the images would be freely downloadable. Whatever the arrangements may be, you can count on me treating each shot as a professional portrait. Mobile Studio: I have everything I need to provide onsite photography services. This includes portable power systems, lighting, printers, backdrop/muslins suitable for full dress and small group or family photos. My work van is actually a decommissioned Type II ambulance! I can provide a combination of formal photo booth and candid coverage of your event or just one or the other. With my onsite printing, I can produce a variety of sizes, but the easiest and fastest are the 4x6 dye sublimation prints mounted in cards. The photo cards are preprinted with logo or artwork pertaining to the particular event and can also be used to place event attribution or small ads. Reunions/Receptions: If you are having a family gathering or celebration, I can help capture the moment. I'll take formal poses, and hundreds of candid shots. This option may also be used for wedding "reception only" coverage. Pricing: My general price list is below, but I am very flexible. General rule is the less you pay up front, the more you pay for prints or digital download. That is pretty standard among photographers. Yes, you can buy full resolution digital images even if your pricing option does not includes digital negatives. If the downloadable images are included "YES" then that means they are free. You've paid your flat fee and get all the digital images downloadable. Whatever your pricing preference is you will always have access to your gallery, be able to buy digital images, be able to order prints, and be able to upgrade the pricing later so you get cheaper prints and free downloads. Be warned, however, that I shoot a LOT of images and am confident you will want a majority of them. I prefer groups of at least 30 participants to make the event worth my time, otherwise I may charge a flat portrait fee. Contracts: I'll ask you to sign a contract agreement for photography services before we do anything. This gives me and or my associates permission to photograph you and your event and releases me from photo liability. The contract describes services to be rendered and price. The contract also gives me your express written permission to use the images as part of my portfolio, samples of my work, on my website and to promote my business such as on business cards or ads. I do not post images of poor taste and will gladly remove specific images from my website upon request of the client. Contracts are only valid upon receipt of deposit.
