HERE TO SEE PROOFS FOR YOUR EVENT Family or Individual Portraits: I will capture photographic memories of the people you love. Each year brings changes to all of us. Let me help you preserve your family history in photographs. I will be happy to meet you at your home, a park, or just about anywhere you want. I shoot as many photos as we need, usually between 200 and 500 images. I prefer to shoot family portraits on Sundays if this is convenient for you. If all you want is a nice group or individual photo of people smiling in front of a screen backdrop then you are probably better off going to Sears or other photo studio that specialize in that type of work and offer their services for low to moderate prices. If you want hundreds of images with free online gallery, capturing the personality of your family and the feeling of the moment, then I am the photographer for you. I upload all images to my professional print service where you can order prints in any size as well as gift items and large formats at prices better than or comparable to other sources, but you don't HAVE to buy prints through me. With selected pricing, I'll give you access to the digital negatives to print wherever you want. Your free online gallery does not expire and comes with lifetime retouching services. Reunions/Receptions: If you are having a family gathering or celebration, I can help capture the moment. I'll take formal poses, and hundreds of candid shots. Just call and let me know what your specific needs are and I'll develop the right solution tailored to your situation. Pricing: My general price list is below, but I am very flexible. General rule is the less you pay up front, the more you pay for prints or digital download. That is pretty standard among photographers. Yes, you can buy full resolution digital images even if your pricing option does not includes digital negatives. If the downloadable images are included "YES" then that means they are free. You've paid your flat fee and get all the digital images downloadable. Whatever your pricing preference is you will always have access to your gallery, be able to buy digital images, be able to order prints, and be able to upgrade the pricing later so you get cheaper prints and free downloads. Be warned, however, that I shoot a LOT of images and am confident you will want a majority of them. Contracts: I'll ask you to sign an agreement for photography services before we do anything. This gives me and or my associates permission to photograph you and your event and releases me from photo liability. The contract describes services to be rendered and price. The contract also gives me your express written permission to use the images as part of my portfolio, samples of my work, on my website and to promote my business such as on business cards or ads. I do not post images of poor taste and will gladly remove specific images from my website upon request of the client. Contracts are only valid upon receipt of full retainer fee. I'll send you a copy of the signed contract with your receipt. Transportation fee: This is subject to change, but generally there is no charge for events up to 50 miles from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Events 50-115 miles (one-way) from Tulsa will have a $100 transportation fee for a single destination and then $20 per location. Events beyond 115 miles of Tulsa will include the $100 transportation fee plus an additional 55 cents per mile over 115 miles (based on maps.google.com from 74137 zip code). Retainer: I need a retainer fee to hold your reservation. This is the greater of $150 or 20 percent of the total, and is applied to your balance. I accept checks to my PO Box, or online payments through PayPal (including credit cards). I must receive payment for your retainer within five mail delivery days of you hiring me unless we arrange otherwise. I must turn away other inquiries because the date is "taken." After the five-day period has passed with no payment received, I will still keep you on my calendar but I will respond to other inquiries, stating the date is available. It is then a first-paid basis on who gets the date for their event. Balance is due at or before the event. Receipts in electronic PDF format will be emailed for all payments received.
