This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for http://ibd-designs.com. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected and distributed on and by this web site and through images posted on the site. It also applies to personal information solicited through this website.

Ian Danziger is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give via email or other direct contact from you or others acting on your behalf. I will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

I will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted me. I will not share your information with any third party outside of my organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to provide photography services, graphic design services or other services or products based on your request or inquiry.

Unless you ask me not to, I may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

What type of information is collected?I collect or obtain certain information from you directly as an email or telephone inquiry, or through third-party vendors such as wedding planning sites who provide "lead" information to me. This information is limited to name, date of event, addresses, phone numbers, email address, budget and any other information provided through these sources.

I DO NOT collect credit card numbers or social security numbers from clients. Customers have the option of using credit cards or other instant payment methods to pay for services only through third-party vendors such as PayPal.com. Customers may also pay me with personal checks. In this instance, I will scan the check before depositing it in my bank account. The scanned check image is added to the payment receipt and emailed to the client as a PDF document. All data listed on the check such as address, account number or routing numbers was freely provided by the client but will not be used other than to contact the client or to confirm availability of funds.

Clients sign a photo release and copyright-transfer form which gives me permission to post on my website, photographs taken by me or by others working for me. Example is a web photo gallery of wedding images. While I have permission to use and post ALL images, it is my policy to remove or blur out anything that reveals the last name of the client. I may use first names, for example, but I do not post last names or clear images of marriage licenses or other documents.

Your access to and control over Information: Photo sets posted on this website may have been copyright-transferred to the clients, but still may not be used on other websites, other than those of the clients, without written permission of the photographer. These are samples of my work and shall not be considered a "catalog" of photography services. If your photos are posted here (whether you are the client or just a guest at the event) and you wish them removed, please contact me immediately. Security
I take precautions to protect your information. Photos are archived on a standalone disk not connected to the Internet. Documentation relating to a client or job is also stored on this disk after the job has been completed. All material is then removed from my portable laptop and any other devices that could be lost or stolen. Exception are files used for the creation or maintenance of this website. Any image or text on this website, while protected by International copyright law, could still be viewed by others not associated with the photographer or client.
