This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for http://ibd-designs.com aka http://DanzigerPhotography.com. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected and distributed on and by this web site and through images posted on the site. It also applies to personal information solicited through this website.

Ian Danziger is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give via email or other direct contact from you or others acting on your behalf. I will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

I will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted me. I will not share your information with any third party outside of my organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to provide photography services, graphic design services or other services or products based on your request or inquiry.

Unless you ask me not to, I may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

What type of information is collected? I collect or obtain certain information from you directly as an email or telephone inquiry, or through third-party vendors such as wedding planning sites who provide "lead" information to me. This information is limited to name, date of event, addresses, phone numbers, email address, budget and any other information provided through these sources.

I DO NOT collect credit card numbers or social security numbers from clients. Customers have the option of using credit cards or other instant payment methods to pay for services only through third-party vendors such as Square or PayPal.com. Customers may also pay me with personal checks or cash.

Clients sign a photo release form which gives me permission to capture images and post them online, including photographs taken by me or by others working for me. Example is a web photo gallery of wedding images. Clients may request their gallery be password protected or made not visible or accessible to the public.

Your access to and control over Information: Photos are the property and creative product of Danziger Photography, Ian Danziger. These are samples of my work and shall not be considered a "catalog" of photography services. If your photos are posted here (whether you are the client or just a guest at the event) and you wish them removed, please contact me immediately. You may also opt out of any future contacts from me at any time. ibdnzgr@yahoo.com or 918-260-7518. I will consider removing images from a public-viewable gallery upon request.

Security
I take precautions to protect your information. However, any image or text on this website, while protected by International copyright law, could still be viewed by others not associated with the photographer or client.
